One to One Programmes

If you are unable to attend one of the regular yoga classes, if you wish to refine and improve certain aspects of your practice, or if you would simply prefer to practice yoga in your own home, then one-to-one sessions can be tailored to meet your personal needs.

If you are training for a particular event, perhaps a marathon or other endurance sport, the one-to-one sessions can be arranged to fit in with your training programme.  This can range from assistance with fitness, strength and flexibility to pre and post-event massage and sports massage treatments.
