Hatha Yoga is what most people in the west associate with the word “Yoga” and is practiced for mental and physical health. Hatha Yoga includes physical exercises and breath control.

I teach hatha yoga in classes of all abilities and experience. The focus is on the yoga postures and the use of the breath to improve physical and mental health and wellbeing.
